Given the Law on the «Right to One’s Own Image,» recognized in Article 18.1 of the Constitution and regulated by the Law on the Right to Honor, which is developed in Organic Law 1/1982, to personal/family privacy and one’s own image, we are obliged to be bound by the terms of the law. Accepting these terms represents the consent of the group leader for the taking of photographs during their participation in events held through any brand belonging to Quality Football and the free exploitation of said photographs. This implies consent to the transfer of the rights of exploitation, distribution and dissemination, transformation, public communication, and reproduction of the recording and/or photograph taken, so that they may be used by Quality Football in any communication channel (online and offline) that the entity itself provides.
I expressly declare that the recording/photographs taken do not violate any third-party rights and therefore exempt Quality Football from any liability arising from third-party claims. Likewise, the transfer of the granted rights is also waived, as is the right to file any claim for defamation or invasion of privacy based on the use of the images.
